Black Matter

In the Face Book group:
The post was about a new cosmology with black matter.
My comment:

from wikipedia:
'Outer space is not completely empty—it is a hard vacuum containing a low density of particles, predominantly a plasma of hydrogen and helium.'

Space is already known to have ionized hydrogen and ionized helium (a.k.a., plasma) but apparently the proposed black matter is not what is already found there.
If you propose 'black matter is helium or something else then a test is required to demonstrate this proposal is valid, for the observation it is supposed to explain.
I posted on 2/4/2019 the observation: a theory of something dark or invisible, or in this case black, needs a test via the scientific method. If a theory has no test then it is simply conjecture. How will a test confirm black matter.
