Cosmic Microwave Background CMB

There are frequent posts that involve the cosmic microwave background.
The attached presentation by a radiologist experienced in developing MRI machines takes issue with the CMB data. If there is any water in front of the horn gathering the radio signal that water will emit a microwave background signal.

The recent discovery of the work by Paris Herouni, a specialist from Armenia in radio physics and radio astronomy (document was temporarily lost due to the disintegration of the Soviet Union) has also cast doubt on CMB measurements.
